The body holds all the defences & neurotic patterns we have learned through life. Reconnecting with the body-mind wisdom can help dissolve this defences and create a better possibility for liberation of suffering. Some of the techniques I use are: gestalt, archetypes, symbols, psycho-drama, family constellations, breathwork, TEP, shadow work. My goal is to help you connect to your true self and at the same time feel supported to make positive transformations in your life so that you can live a life from a place of love, grace, freedom and joy.
