This two energies, which are opposite in nature, need to be in balance for life to thrive. In Chinese medicine we don't believe in disease we believe in disharmony. The tools of Chinese medicine can help bring balance into your body by providing it the right elements to heal itself. In my Chinese medicine practice I use a combination of acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, moxibustion, Tui Na, food energetics, lifestyle couching and chi kung.

Body Mind Reconnection & Spiritual Therapy allows the essential YOU beneath all the constructed layers to emerge and shine through a process of exploration, skill acquisition, emotional re-evaluation, and knowledge attainment. This process constructs new beliefs about self, others and life, which in turn, allows new adaptive behaviors. I believe the body-mind wisdom holds the key for radical self transformation. The body holds all the defences & neurotic patterns we have learned through life. Reconnecting with the body-mind wisdom can help dissolve this defences and create a better possibility for liberation of suffering. Some of the techniques I use are: hypnosis, gestalt, archetypes, symbols, psycho-drama, family constellations, breath-work, TEP, shadow work. My goal is to help you connect to your true self and at the same time feel supported to make positive transformations in your life so that you can live a life from a place of love, grace, freedom and joy.
